As a newer ham, I found the mobile apps really helpful for learning about DX activity patterns. The visual interface makes it much easier to understand propagation than staring at telnet cluster feeds
I'm looking for some good mobile apps to keep an eye on the DX clusters while I'm away from the shack. I've been checking out DX Spots app which provides a live feed of the DX Cluster network, showing all the current Amateur Radio spots but wondering what others are using. HamAlert seems like the portable version of the spotting dx cluster and can notify you of callsigns needed for WAS or DXCC. What's your go-to app for DX spotting when mobile?
