Ham radio is built on cooperation—our community should reflect that.
2. Stay On Topic
Keep posts relevant to amateur radio and closely related topics.
Allowed topics include:
HF, VHF, UHF operation
Radios, antennas, and equipment
Licensing (e.g., Technician, General, Extra)
Modes (SSB, CW, FT8, digital modes)
Emergency communications
Contests, POTA, SOTA, WWFF
Shack setups and technical discussions
Off-topic or unrelated content may be removed.
3. Follow FCC Rules and Legal Standards
All content must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including those set by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Do not promote illegal transmissions or frequencies
Do not share instructions that violate licensing rules
Do not encourage interference or misuse of radio spectrum
We support responsible and lawful operation at all times.
4. No Spam or Self-Promotion Abuse
We allow sharing—but not spamming.
No excessive posting of links or advertisements
No misleading or deceptive promotions
Affiliate links must be clearly disclosed
Repeated self-promotion without contribution will be removed
If you’re promoting something, make sure it adds value to the community.
