so ive been going to this one for like 4 or 5 years now and its usually pretty decent, good swap meet tables and the club always does a pretty solid antenna forum in the morning. last year i grabbed a barely used 706 for way less than i expected so im hoping to find something similar this time around. anybody else planning to show up? might try to carpool if someone is coming from the north side of town

yeah i'll probably be there, been meaning to unload some of my extra gear anyway. got a spare tuner and a couple handhelds just sitting in the shack doing nothing. the swap meet is always worth the drive even if you dont end up buying anything, just good to see people in person for once instead of on the repeater

is this the one over at the fairgrounds? i went last year for the first time and honestly had no idea what to expect but ended up staying like 4 hours lol. didnt buy anything but talked to some guys from a dx club and now im on their email list so thats something i guess
