so i heard the Tri-County ARC is doing their annual hamfest again sometime in october, i think its the 14th but dont quote me on that. been a couple years since i went and last time i picked up a barely used 706 for like 200 bucks so im definitely trying to make it out there again. anyone else planning to go? also does anyone know if they still do the tailgate swap or did they move everything inside after covid

yeah im planning to be there, i go pretty much every year. they did bring some stuff inside i think but the tailgate is still happening last i heard. the club newsletter mentioned they're doing a fox hunt in the morning before the main event which sounds fun. parking was kind of a mess last time so get there early if you want a decent spot near the entrance

oh man i had no idea this was coming up, thanks for posting. ive been looking for a decent antenna tuner and figured a swap meet would be the cheapest way to find one. do people usually take offers or is everyone pretty firm on prices at these things
