Best study resources for Technician license in 2026?

Taking the Tech exam next month and trying to figure out the best study approach. I've heard good things about HamStudy.org and the ARRL Ham Radio License Manual, but there are so many options out there. Some can pass the Technician exam with as little as 10 hours of study, others may need 20-30 hours depending on background.

What combination of resources worked best for you? Looking for something that covers both the theory and helps with memorization. Also curious about the current question pool valid through June 2026.

I used HamStudy.org's mobile app to take practice tests during my commute - made great use of dead time. Flashcards are great for memorization, you can make your own using Quizlet. Took me about 3 weeks of consistent daily study.

I studied HamStudy.org flashcards and practice tests for just 6 days and passed the Tech test, missing only 1 question. Focus on taking lots of practice exams rather than just reading - you can pass by taking enough practice tests without ever studying material directly.
