Ham2K PoLo - QRZ integration working well for anyone?

Just started using Ham2K PoLo for POTA activations after seeing all the buzz. The app alerts me when I've worked a station before and immediately shows if a callsign exists in my historical logs which is great for dupe checking. However, I'm having intermittent issues with QRZ lookups timing out in poor cell coverage areas. The app can pull from several data sources but I use QRZ since I maintain a subscription.

Anyone else experiencing QRZ API issues with PoLo lately? Wondering if there are better offline alternatives for name/location data when operating remote.

PoLo has been solid for me! When I spot myself it posts to both POTA and WWFF networks simultaneously - huge advantage for dual activators. For QRZ issues, try downloading offline reference files in the settings.

I had similar QRZ timeout issues until I switched to HamQTH as backup data source. SWLog integrates with multiple services including ClubLog, eQSL, QRZ, Ham365, and HamQTH - maybe PoLo has similar fallback options?

I had QRZ XML errors too but the developer responded within hours with a simple fix - don't use special characters in your QRZ password. Excellent support on that app!
