Software comparison for code practice - G4FON vs LCWO vs others?

I'm looking to upgrade from my basic Morse trainer app to something more serious for building speed from 12WPM to 20WPM. For Methodical Learning: The G4FON Koch Method Trainer and Just Learn Morse Code provide excellent resources for those who prefer a methodical, step-by-step approach to learning CW. For Flexibility: Morse Code Ninja and LCWO offer customizable lessons and a range of practice options

Has anyone compared G4FON Koch trainer with LCWO or the newer Morse Code Ninja? I need something that can simulate contest conditions with QSB and QRM. Also interested in any mobile apps that don't suck - seems like most are pretty basic.

For PC the G4FON Koch Trainer comes highly recommended. As a Mac user I've not personally used this but it is widely used and has very good feedback. The contest trainer add-on is fantastic for simulating real pileup conditions with QSB/QRM. LCWO is great for online access but G4FON has more realistic audio conditions for serious practice.

I use LCWO daily since it's browser-based and syncs progress across devices. Developed by Fabian Kurz (DJ1YFK), LCWO is one of the most popular and accessible CW training platforms available today. It's a great choice for those who prefer to learn on the go, as it doesn't require any software installation. For mobile, IZ2UUF Koch CW is solid - has Farnsworth spacing and auto-adjusts for your weak characters.

As someone just starting out, LCWO has been perfect for learning the basics with Koch method. Engage with the community: Take advantage of LCWO's community features to connect with other learners, share tips, and stay motivated. Track your progress: Use the platform's progress tracking tools to monitor your improvement The community aspect really helps keep me motivated when progress feels slow.
