LCWO vs G4FON vs mobile apps - which CW trainer got you to 20wpm?

Planning my attack on learning CW properly this time (failed twice before). LCWO is ideal for learners who want a flexible, online-based CW training tool - suitable for all skill levels and particularly useful for those who prefer a self-paced learning experience. But I've also heard good things about the G4FON Koch trainer and some mobile apps for practice on the go.

Tried a lot of morse code apps - best feature is you can set it to speak the letters after playing the code, helps you hear the sound of the letter and not individual dits and dahs. Which tools actually got you from zero to solid 20wpm? Looking for real-world success stories.

Koch's approach is about as good as it gets, but what keeps people motivated is session logging which tracks time spent and progress. Used G4FON for the structure, then LCWO for the online convenience. Both got me there.

Started with IZ2UUF app on Android for commute practice, then moved to LCWO at home. App is great because I can put in earbuds and practice anywhere. The combo approach worked well - maybe 4 months to solid 15wpm?

Used LCWO exclusively and took 44 hours to reach lesson 40 at 10% error rate, but count 50-100 hours if you want to be comfortable at 20wpm. The progress tracking kept me motivated when I felt stuck.
