N1MM+ WSJT-X Integration - Contest Setup Issues

Having trouble with N1MM+ and WSJT-X integration during contests. The integration of WSJT-X with N1MM+ is a great tool and makes changing modes on the fly pretty painless, but I'm getting inconsistent QSO logging behavior. To enable logging from WSJT-X to N1MM+, configure per the following settings on the Configurer's > WSJT/JTDX Setup page, specifically using IP address 127.0.0.1 and the port number must match between WSJT-X and N1MM+ (the recommended default port number is 2237). Anyone else experiencing similar issues with the UDP connection dropping mid-contest?

When you load WSJT from within N1MM it uses a totally different settings file so you need to setup your settings with it running from within N1MM. Also verify For some radios, such as the Icom IC-7300

Check your Contest Setup in N1MM+ Configurer. You also need to ensure that the Contest Setup is configured to include Digital modes (otherwise digital mode contacts will not be given points credit). Common oversight that causes QSOs to log but not score properly.

Know that when you interface N1MM+ to WSJT-X, a new instance of WSJT-X is created that is completely separate from your working "everyday" copy. This new instance of WSJT-X is called "WSJT-X – ForEW1" and comes with all settings defaulted. You need to configure audio and CAT settings in this new instance separately.

When you load WSJT from within N1MM it uses a totally different settings file so you need to setup your settings with it running from within N1MM. Also verify For some radios, such as the Icom IC-7300, that use USB-D, the setting in the Mode Control screen for PSK will be "AFSK-R" in the Mode Control tab.
