Amazing how much difference the solar maximum has made! Current solar flux is holding at 158 with sunspot numbers at 125, giving us excellent 20m-10m daytime conditions with extended openings on 12m and 10m. K-index is nice and low at 1 with minimal geomagnetic activity - perfect for stable signals and low noise.

Been working some fantastic DX on 15m lately - signals are booming compared to last year. Anyone else noticing how long 10m has been staying open? Yesterday it was still active well past my usual sunset shutdown.

Yes! I've been amazed at the 10m openings this month. Yesterday I worked VK on just 5 watts with my end-fed wire. The cycle peak is definitely showing - haven't seen conditions this good since 2014.

As someone who just upgraded to General, this is incredible timing. 20m has been my go-to band for learning, but now I'm starting to explore 15m and 12m. The digital modes are really helping me understand propagation patterns.

The stable geomagnetic conditions have been a blessing for contest work. Focus on 20m, 17m, 15m during the day and 40m, 80m at night - classic band plan but working beautifully right now with these solar numbers.
