anybody going to the hamfest in Columbus next month?

 Loading...

so i heard the Columbus hamfest is back this year after they skipped it or scaled it back or whatever happened the last couple years. thinking about making the drive, its maybe 2.5 hours for me. last time i went i picked up a really clean 706 for way less than i expected so im kind of hoping lightning strikes twice. anybody else planning on going or been to that one before and know if its worth it

went to that one back in 2019 i think, it was decent sized, good mix of vendors and club tables. swap meet area gets picked over pretty fast so if you want the good deals get there when doors open or even a little before if they let tailgaters set up early. the food trucks they had were actually pretty solid which sounds dumb to mention but after walking around for 3 hours you care about that stuff

cant make that one but our club is doing a swap meet in october if anyones in the northeast ohio area. pretty small compared to a real hamfest but people bring good stuff and theres usually someone around who knows way more than me which is always helpful lol
