anyone going to the Tri-County hamfest next month

so ive been going to this one for like 4 years now and its honestly one of the better ones in the region, they usually have a decent swap meet section and last year i picked up an old Kenwood TS-430 for basically nothing. just wondering if anyone else from the club is planning to head out there, might try to carpool if theres enough people going from this area

yeah im planning on going, went last year for the first time and was kinda overwhelmed honestly but ended up finding some good coax and a handful of PL-259s for cheap. my buddy said they might have a bigger vendor section this time around. let me know about the carpool thing that would be great

I'll probably swing by Sunday morning if the weather holds. The flea market part is hit or miss but the forums they do in the afternoon are usually worth sticking around for. Last time one of the guys did a whole presentation on POTA activations and it was actually pretty good. bring cash obviously, half the sellers dont do venmo or whatever
