anyone going to the Tri-County hamfest next month?

so ive been seeing flyers for the Tri-County hamfest and swap meet coming up on the 14th, think its at the fairgrounds again like last year. anybody else planning to head out? last time i went i picked up a decent MFJ tuner for like 20 bucks so im hoping the swap tables are good again. also heard the club is doing a fox hunt in the morning before the gates open which sounds pretty fun if the weather holds up

yeah im planning on it, my buddy from the repeater club said theyre setting up a table this year to hand out info about their ARES group. i'll probably get there early, the good stuff always goes fast at those swap meets. last year somebody snagged a whole box of connectors right in front of me lol. if you see a guy in a red jacket wandering around looking confused thats probably me

I went to that one two years ago but skipped last year. Honestly the vendor tables were getting a little thin, lot of the same old stuff you see every time. Still worth going for the people watching and catching up with folks you only see at these things. The fox hunt is new though, might make it more interesting. What time does it start, do you know?
