anyone going to the Tri-County hamfest next month?

so ive been trying to figure out if its worth making the drive out to the Tri-County fest in March, last year I went and honestly the swap tables were kind of thin but I did pick up a decent MFJ tuner for like 20 bucks so who knows. anybody else planning on heading out there? also heard the local club is doing a presentation on SOTA activations which actually sounds pretty cool if thats still happening

yeah im planning on going, usually carpool with a couple guys from our club. the swap meet there has gotten better the last couple years I think, lot more HF gear showing up than it used to be. last time somebody had a whole table of old Kenwood stuff priced pretty reasonably. definitely worth going if youre within an hour or so

I went two years ago but skipped last year. the SOTA talk sounds interesting actually, might drag my wife along since she just got her ticket and shes been curious about portable operating. do you know if they usually have a VE session there too?
