so ive been using N1MM pretty much exclusively for a few years now, mainly because it just works for contests and i never really thought about changing it. but lately ive been doing more casual operating, some WSJT-X digital stuff, FT8 mostly, and the way N1MM handles the ADIF imports from WSJT-X is driving me a little crazy. half the time i end up with duplicate QSOs or the band data comes in wrong and i have to go fix stuff manually.
a buddy at the club mentioned Log4OM and i downloaded it and poked around for like an hour but honestly it felt like a lot to learn and i wasnt sure if it was going to be any better for contests or if id have to keep N1MM around just for that anyway. does anyone actually run both? like Log4OM for day to day and then switch to N1MM when a contest comes around? how much of a pain is it keeping everything in sync between them
also side question — does Log4OM talk to WSJT-X natively or is there still some ADIF import/export dance you have to do
