ARRL membership debate - worth it these days?

Been seeing lots of discussion about declining ARRL membership lately. Got my renewal notice and honestly wondering if it's worth the $49 anymore. Do I have to join the ARRL? seems to be a common question on the forums.

QST still has good articles but most info is online now. What's everyone's take - still paying dues or letting it lapse?
