Throughout North America the recommended path for mobiles or portable stations is WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1, but I'm seeing conflicting information about newer WIDEn-N algorithms. Advanced digipeaters support WIDEn-N and TRACEn-N algorithms which dynamically adjust packet relaying and reduce redundant transmissions to optimize network efficiency.
