anyone going to the dayton hamvention swap meet area this year

so i finally got my wife to agree to let me go this year after missing it for like 3 years in a row, last time i went i picked up a barely used TS-850 for like 200 bucks from some old timer who just wanted it gone, hoping to find something similar in the flea market area this time around. anyone else planning to be there? maybe we can meet up or something, i'll probably be wandering around the outdoor swap area most of saturday morning before it gets too hot

yeah im going, drove up from Tennessee last year and it was totally worth it. the flea market is honestly the best part if you ask me, indoor vendor stuff is cool but the real deals are outside with the tailgaters. get there early though like seriously early, all the good stuff gets picked over fast and by 10am most of the decent rigs are gone. also bring cash, a lot of the guys dont want to deal with paypal or venmo

our club is actually doing a carpooling thing if youre anywhere near the Columbus area, we have a thread going on our repeater group chat. not sure how many spots are left tho
