anyone going to the hamfest in Dayton area next month?

so ive been trying to figure out if its worth making the drive out, last time i went was like 3 years ago and it was a blast but gas prices being what they are now im kinda on the fence. anybody else planning to go? would be cool to maybe meetup if theres enough of us from this area. also heard the club is doing some kind of antenna building thing the weekend before but i dont have details on that yet

    yeah im going, drove out last year and picked up a barely used 706 for way under market price so its always worth it imo. the swap meet tables are the best part honestly, show up early like 6am early or all the good stuff is gone. our club usually grabs a table too if you want to swing by and say hi

    the antenna building thing is at the VFW hall on the 14th i think, someone posted it on the repeater group chat. not sure if its open to non members tho
