anyone going to the hamfest in Dayton this year or is it just me

so ive been trying to figure out if its worth making the drive out to Dayton again this year. went two years ago and had a blast but last year i skipped it and kind of regretted it. our local club is doing a carpool thing if enough people sign up but i dunno if thats gonna happen or not. also heard they moved some of the swap meet stuff around this time? not sure if thats true. anyway if anyones planning to go maybe we can meetup at the flea market area, i always spend way too long digging through the junk tables looking for old gear

yeah im going, driving up thursday night to get there early for the flea market. that junk table area is where i found my old HW-101 a few years back for like 40 bucks so i always make a point to get there before the crowds pick it clean. your club carpool thing sounds like a good idea if it actually comes together, last time i went solo and parking was kind of a pain

i think our club might have a table there but im not 100% sure, gotta check the next meeting. we're also doing our own swap meet in june if anyones local to the southeast ohio area, way smaller than Dayton obviously but honestly sometimes i find better deals at the little ones where people arent expecting to get top dollar for everything
