what do all these Q codes mean? seeing them everywhere on logs and cant find a good explanation

so ive been licensed for about 3 months now and i keep seeing all these weird abbreviations everywhere, like in other peoples logbooks, on cluster spots, people saying them on CW which i dont even do yet, and honestly i feel like im missing half the conversation all the time. like what even is QRM vs QRN, i thought they were the same thing but apparently not? and then theres QSB which i think has to do with signal fading but im not sure. also people say stuff like OM and YL and 73 and i kinda get those from context but not really. is there like a master list somewhere or does everyone just kind of pick this stuff up over time. my elmer hasnt really gone over any of this with me and i dont want to bug him again this week
