so ive been trying to figure out if its worth the drive this year, last time i went was like 3 years ago and honestly had a blast just walking the flea market tables even tho i didnt buy much. thinking about going again but gas prices and all that. anyone else from the midwest planning to make the trip? would be cool to meetup if a few of us are going from around the same area

yeah im going, been going pretty much every year for the past decade except during covid obiously. the tailgate swap meet part is worth it alone, picked up a barely used IC-7300 two years ago for way under what they go for online. you just gotta get there early before all the good stuff walks out the door. what part of the midwest are you coming from?

our club is doing a carpool if that helps, we usually leave friday morning to get there for setup day. shoot me a message if you want details, theres usually like 4 or 5 of us and we split the hotel cost which makes it way more reasonable
